noisy exhausts!!!!!

Surely there must be a law to stop all these boy racers going around Caldicot with such loud exhausts and reving there poor excuse for a car. Can anyone advise on this as it is a nightmare to live with especially in the summer!!!!:D

Certainly is a pain for those of us with young kids.

The MOST annoying thing (for waking up our lad) is the flippin' helitcopter though. Does it actually serve a purpose or is it mostly there for noctural wake up calls to small children?
