Does anyone know of a House Let !!

Hello,
Have just moved to the area with Hubby, and am looking for a house with garden to let. It doesnt have to be in Caldicot town, anywhere around would be good. Just asking for anyone to keep their ear to the ground for me.

I've noticed more and more "To Let" notices appearing over recent weeks. I went past one in Station Road, Caldicot, today. I guess you've been into all the local agents?

Yes, I have looked every where. I did want to avoid the Letting agents because the fees they charge are astronomical. I have however found a house that I like, but I have to go through an agent, and they charged me ?150 for a credit check fee!!!! GASP!!!
